Kingdom Come Developers Consultation (K.C.D.C)

Fred Stevens Jr., P.E., is an Arizona licensed professional Civil Engineer and principal of K.C.D.C.  In existence since 2005, K.C.D.C has been providing civil engineering design, construction permit assistance, development consultation, water resource management, septic system design, project management, and water conservation consultation to not-for-profit organizations and low-income families pro bono and/or at reduced fees.

The vision of K.C.D.C is to see all communities near and abroad living on sustainable drinking water systems.

The mission of K.C.D.C. is to address the civil engineering and water resource needs of organizations within the community and on a global level.
