The Flagship program of KCDCDC the Global Life Balance Center (GLBC) epitomizes what author Frans Johansson (2017) described as the “Medici Effect” that suggests innovation happens when different ideas, concepts, and cultures intersect. It is at this point of intersection Johansson wrote that serves as the incubator for creativity, having adopted this concept the GLBC will serve as an incubator of innovative and creative solutions for community needs. The center will host several recreational and extracurricular programs, community organizations that offer services, as well as space for groups to hold meetings. Thus the center will serve as a well for resources to meet shared communal needs.
