Co-Founder and Vice-President Fred Stevens Jr. earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Northern Arizona University (NAU 1997). He obtained his Master of Arts Degree in Innovative Leadership from Western International University in 2013. He also obtained a Water Resource Management Certification from Arizona State University and completed Master Gardener Training certification from The University of Arizona. Fred is currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Christian Ministry from Grand Canyon University.
Fred Stevens is a licensed civil engineer in the State of Arizona and worked as a Water Resource Portfolio Manager within the municipal government sector. His responsibilities included forecasting and acquiring essential water supplies for future population growth while overseeing water resource conservation programs. He also served as a committee member on a state regional planning committee, helping to determine policy for accessing and delivering water banked in the Pima, Pinal, and Maricopa County aquifers of Arizona during drought.
